Health Tips

There are many ways to be healthy and stay healthy! We have included a sample dinner that is easy to make, along with the recipe!
Smoky Salmon, asparagus, and potatoes
RECIPE:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dash of cinnamon, brown sugar, paprika, and chili powder in a bowl.  Glaze salmon with mixture. Cook salmon for 15 minutes.
Drizzle asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with low-fat cheese for 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
Cook potatoes in microwave for 2 minutes.  Cut potatoes up and cook on stove top for 5 minutes on medium heat.  Drizzle olive oil and rosemary.  Cook in spinach.
